Project Overview
Withstand is a job search platform connecting formerly incarcerated individuals with fair-chance employers. Built to reduce recidivism and humanize the reentry process, the platform pairs employment opportunities with educational resources and community donations to support successful civilian transitions.
BrandDeveloped for a cross-cultural branding assignment, the project began with qualitative demographic interviews to uncover core challenges faced by formerly incarcerated job seekers. These insights informed user personas and directly guided the product strategy, resulting in an empathetic, action-oriented platform designed to dismantle barriers to employment.
